Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Veyare LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Pulse fitness program. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to deliver the program, and we never sell your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Quiz answers. When you complete the onboarding quiz, we store your anonymous responses (e.g., age range, fitness goals) to personalize your program. These are not linked to your identity unless you later provide an email address.
• Email address. If you voluntarily provide your email (e.g., to receive your program link), we store it to send you transactional messages related to your subscription. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or banking details on our servers. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Usage & analytics data. We collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, time spent) via analytics tools to understand how users interact with the funnel and improve the experience. This data cannot identify you individually.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: deliver and personalize your fitness program; process payments and manage your subscription; send transactional emails about your account; and improve our product through anonymized analytics. We do not use your data for automated profiling that produces legal or significant effects on you.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Full stop.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Service, including Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), and cloud hosting providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy and is bound by contractual data-protection obligations.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your quiz progress, and measure advertising performance (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some functionality. We honor browser-level Do Not Track signals where technically practicable.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion or subscription cancellation, we remove or anonymize personal data within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing activities. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pulseperformanceapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
